What is a Staff Ride?

 A Staff Ride is a technique used to train general staff officers and commanders through the study of historical battles.  Originally developed by the Prussian Army, later adapted by the US Army, Staff Rides are now being used by businesses and non-profit corporations for executive and personal leadership development.
